Supersonic super terrible!

So an agent from Supersonic calls me and tells me that they will credit me, only for another agent to tell me that there is nothing they can do... No one knows what is going on at this dismal company!!!! I just want them to leave me alone as I have nothing owing or outstanding. I will continue to smear there name as they continue to smear my credit rating!!!!
