Supersonic Super-sucks !!!

The service of this business has really been astonishingly bad.

It took them 5 days to activate my internet/router. Once the router was delivered, they couldn’t get it activated. When is it eventually work, power issues cause problems with the router and they promised to deliver a new router. They then contacted me and couldn’t deliver because the installers were having a meeting. (I mean com on !!!).

They then promised the weekend, and still nothing.

12 days now being messed around by them. It’s mind blowing how difficult it is to get any decent service from them.
