Supersonic super sucks.

I have been with Supersonic for the last 4 years, it started off great but the last year and a half has gone to ****. Their WhatsApp has been down for months, don’t get me started on the customer care line, you will be holding until kingdom come. Another thing is they never allocate your payments. Next thing your account is suspended and you’re at home twiddling your thumbs because your wifi is down. There is no functional way of reporting any issues with them because you’re lucky to just get ahold of a support agent yet alone a timely response on email.
