Supersonic (super ***) stay away

Please stay away from supersonic fibre Internet provided they are excellent in coming to install the product and collect debt orders but when it comes to resolving issues it takes them for ever to make contact with a person. So on the 18th of May the gatden service accidently cut the small black cable outside that goes from the box to the house. I phoned the call center and was given ticket number ***3 and waited as I'm still waiting. I contacted vumatel on the 25th of May being a week later and I was informed that they do not have a call logged for me as supersonic dod not give them all the needed details. I then contacted supersonic again and was told that vumatel are the ones not doing their work but the lady at vuma tel showed me the incomplete job car with no address, no client details only a photo that I send the person when I reported the problem. Yet this morning they bedted my account. Please stay away from supersonic (super ***) Internet providers.
