SuperSonic - Super Sh@t

This has to be the worst company in existence. I moved into a new property and the previous tenant has sent a cancellation notice to SuperSonic to cancel his subscription. So I understand there is a month notice period for him, but now I have to suffer the same as Vox cannot install my Fiber because SuperSonic doesn't want to release the line because of a 1 month notice for the previous tenant, why should I be penalized. Because of this I can't have fiber, I need to pay crazy prices for internet to still do my work because of this pettiness of SuperSonic. Oh and the manager Bonokwakhe Mthembu - what a joke. He has ignored all my mails I have sent, not even have the decency to reply - useless is not the word to describe him. I will never deal with SuperSonic and I will most definitely never recommend them. Shocking to know there is useless companies like this in existence, makes the BEE name not look good, because this seems to be a 100% BEE owned company, so does not look good for you guys. Shocking service and poor service delivery.
