Supersonic, super pathetic

Absolutely pathetic service from Supersonic. I was with Nepic as my ISP and then they got taken over by Supersonic. I have been trying since the beginning of May to increase my Fibre line speed. I was told it will be done at the beginning of June but nothing was done. I have been phoning them every day since, holding on for at least half an hour each time, then being told someone will get back to me but no one does. I have never experienced such poor service before. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
