Supersonic = Super Pathetic

If Pathetic had another name it would be Supersonic. Been trying to get hold of them for days now and still no reply. I've used all platforms of communication and still no answer. Annari Bonthuys - Supervisor: Contact Centre is an absolute useless person to deal with. She does not respond to any emails after telling me to send my queries to her. Sent over 10 emails in the past 5 days, phone calls and whatsapp chats but still no response and it appears customer service does not exist nor is it a priority to this company. I'm almost certain Supersonic is a front for Telkom as you only get this level of service from an SOE
