SUPERSONIC! SUPER !@#%&!
Supersonic doesn't even deserve a star. Worst service I have ever experienced! I was a Nepic client and since Supersonic took over, I have had nothing but problems! Internet went down for Nepic clients and we have received numerous empty promises from Management. I am still waiting for my so-called free router and sim card. Nobody at Nepic can give me a solution or answer and constantly blame RAM for lack of delivery. I am livid! They better not debit my account! I will definitely take this further!

I need to cancel my debit order mandate with Supersonic with immediate effect. I have since changed to another service provider because I cannot afford to be without internet. I work from home and internet access is my bread and butter. I have canceled with Supersonic and refuse to pay the one calendar month cancellation fee as I have not yet received access to what I have already paid for, in advance. Please kindly refer my matter to whoever is responsible. If there is going to be a dispute I will take this further. I demand an immediate debit order mandate cancellation as I refuse to pay for something that probably will never be delivered! I look forward to your favourable response in regards to this matter.
