So Sandra makes promises that are not responded to. Beware all they are doing is ticking a box that they are addressing issues. Still have to pending case numbers with them and no response. I've sent an action item to home owners association to look at canceling there entire contract. If i was use stay away and try a new provider.
2 Case numbers 3 - 4 weeks and counting with no response from Supersonic Reference number one : ISP-174968 Reference number two: CAS-106448-Q3N1B3
