Supersonic SUCKS

Supersonic is the least customer centric company to interact with. We have been with them for a month and unfortunately do not get a hold of any customer service personnel at all. Nor are we able to “WhatsApp” them since their WhatsApp is always under maintenance.

If I could go back on my decision I would never select them as a service provider. Wish I could cancel, but it’s unlikely I’ll get in touch with them to do that either.
