Supersonic Sucks!!!!!!!!

Supersonic is the worse company ever. After a massive struggle to fibre installed, I requested to relocate my fibre line 30 meter away from my old installation... My installed line runs past the new house. They informed me it must be a new installation. After the 14 working day waiting period, I contacted them for feedback...... Their reply.... Appartently my address is not found.... But its the same installation address for my fibre installed 4 months prior by them. No one contacted me to enquire. After another week of struggling, a Project Manager was supposed to phone me..... Now 2 weeks later..... Still no phonecall. I contacted them and a lady by the name of Vanessa said she will try and resolve and contact me the next day..... Even this did not happen and that was more than a week ago. Today I contacted them yet again and I was promised that the management team will contact me regarding the inconvenience but low and behold still no phonecall. This is really the worst company to deal with. Now I decided to cancel my fibre and go back onto my original LTE and they now request a month notice for cancellation...... I have been struggling since 9 May 2023 and today is 1 June 2023....already a month.......
