SUPERSONIC SUCKS

I cancelled our fiber service with them on the 26th of July and had to use the service for the probation period of August. August 31 they cut our fiber off but conveniently invoice us for September but cancel the debit order. The account now shows an amount unpaid and cant be released to the new ISP. Cases have been opened and absolutely nothing gets done about it. The are absolutely useless. I would no recommend them for anything to anybody.
