SUPERSONIC SUCKS!

The worst company I've ever had to deal with - they are so rude - laughed at me on the phone when I was telling them my issue with my upload speed - spoke to someone called Brain/Malcom/Ian (the names kept changing-who knows if they are lying) who were ALL terribly rude and never helped with the situation at all, they kept passing me from one person to the next who was equally if not more useless than the person before. If you are looking for terrible service, a terrible way of dealing with customers and an all round horrible experience, then please waste your money and sign up with this JOKE of a company! Oh yes you will also pay for a 20 mg line and only get served with a 4mg line.
