supersonic sucks!!!!!

Please stay away from this fibre company, they are terrible. After service is putrid. I was on hold for more thane 30 minutes and no answer. they are quick to debit but when a ticket is logged no response, i paid and was without fibre now i get an invoice for a pro rata payment of 2months ago when i activated but fibre but it was not working. Their technical team assisted me over a 3 day timespan. i paid my monthly subscription but now another bill comes, i refused to pay and now my fibre is suspended. Sorry but you do not come close to afrihost!!!! i actually wish i could rate them a -5, they don't even deserve a 1 in my opinion
