SUPERSONIC SUCKS!
I cant believe they are tied to such a big name as mtn. Yet simple accounting services go down the drain with this company. They show me a statement with invoice numbers. Then i ask to see a certain invoice and they say its not available?what kind of daft company is this. I use them for fibre and yes the fibre is perfect and internet works fine.but simple accounting and understanding fail this company. NoW i have to Fill an expense claim for work and i cant get anything because they cant produce A simple invoice?and they supposed to be mailing invoice monthly. MTN BULL**** COMPANY U HAVE HERE.

Firstly i have an account with u Supersonic.

I just want to say this is the responses i have got.I dealt with minnah.
She says invoices have been done manually thats why i cannot get an invoice?
I just want an invoice for may 2020.
Then she sends me a statement that shows me all invoices which included may invoice.
So if theres an invoice number there theoretically should be an invoice???
Then i get another agent on supersonic whatsapp he proceeds to tell me that i only have an account with supersonic since april therefore i cannot get an invoice? How dumb is That? When they just immediately before that statement sent me the statement showing invoices since jan?
Anyways i need an invoice for work expense claims so i need invoices for april and may 2020.that is all.
No stupid comments or funky stories.
I need the invoice thats it.
I dont know why its so difficult to get an invoice since its my right to get invoices each month.
Very time consuming and annoying as i been busy with u guys since thursday last week and get no joy.
Really disappointing.

Preferable reach out via whatsapp or mail.
