Supersonic SUCKS!

Joined supersonic sometime mid-year, all went relatively well. My problem start with the upgrade to the black friday special in late November 2020, since then I have had no internet even after many calls to their useless contact center agents who simply don't know what they are doing and don't care. I have never experienced such pathetic service.
