Supersonic Suck!!!!

Oh my f%:@ing word!!! Here we still go with the pathetic service!! Since I last complained on Hello peter on the 10th of July 2021 supersonc phoned me on the morning of the 11th of July and informed me that a technician will phone me within 4 to 8 hrs... Well well NO ONE phoned me BACK, ONLY got an sms on Monday saying that there are issues because o the riots in SA... ***???!! This issue started on the 1st of July 2021!!!

So this whole week I still had issues with the Internet connection only this time it was dipping in during the day as well. Try and phone them and then you are caller number 16 then 20, you request a call back and when they call you back you get put back into the que.... Why????!!! Why can't someone phone me when you are ready to speak to me?????? I can't hold on the line for 30min every time!!!

This evening phoning supersonic again and then requesting a call back AGAIN, I get a call back and get put in the que and I'm caller number 10.....half an hour later I'm caller number one.. Great right? IDONT THINK SO THEY JUST CUT THE CALL!!!!!!!! Then I phone back for another call back and they phone me back only to be number..... 22!!!!!!!!***??????!!!!!!!

Supersonic you SUCK as an ISP and you should not be in business!! I work from home and the last 15days I'm struggling because of your poor service!! But you want to be paid at the end of the month in full.... What about my time wasted and my work not getting done and me not getting paid?????!!!

I want to cancel my account with Supersonic and move over to someone cheaper and with better service. My neighbours don't have any issues with their ISP's but I guess it's because they NOT with Supersonic, clever neighbours.
