Supersonic strike again

Supersonic strikes again! Last year, same sort of time, i got an SMS from Supersonic informing me i was in arrears and my service was suspended with immediate effect. No phone call from their accounts department, just a message. After having to call them and spend an hour on the phone they found the POP's and agreed i wasn't in arrears and re connected me. Same thing has happened today, Supersonic you are utterly useless
