Supersonic *****s Money.
No service since the 25 February with Supersonic as I relocated. The terrible service continued and requested a cancellation. No communication, no clarification just a debit order of R 992.85 with not having any service for over a month.

01 Apr 2021, 17:36Sad to say that the matter has only gotten worse and poor solutions offered with promises I have heard countless times. Was promised a refund of my funds being reference number CAS-517819-T6T0M7 only to received an email moments later from *** saying that I owe money and proof of payment is needed for cancellations to take place. As so many Consumer Protections Acts where broken in accordance to Act 68 of 2008 of our South African Government. You have left me no choice but to report the matter reference id - R9N38V39.

07 Apr 2021, 09:02Still no response from my emails and Hello Peter so I made time to call today. Called the call centre of Supersonic to the finance team and spoke to Cindy at 8:45am today about my credit on Case Number: CAS-517819-T6TOM7. Saying the credit will reflect by Friday which I am holding my breath about again. Expecting further delays/issues/problems.
Also cancellations department has not gotten back to me to state if my account has been cancelled and the lined is cleared at my relocated address of Dorcus Mpunga so that I can go with a different service provider. Vumatel has advised previously that Supersonic can choose not to release the line as per ISP - 300191. Sent communication on the 3 March to fix the relocation matter as proof has been given that I am the owner of the property with Vumatel included on the email. Sine nothing progressed I sent again another email on the 18 March to cancel everything completely since I had no service from the 25 February but yet get debited nearly R 1 000 on the 25 March. Still have no fibre, further inconveniences caused, more money lost, Wifes business taking more of a knock as well. Attend ASAP
