SUPERSONIC - STAY AWAY - THEY WILL HAND YOU OVER FOR NO REASON

Do not join these clowns.

I was with Supersonic until end of June 2021, the service was horrible, untrained people on the phone and no one wanted to assist. I gave the one month notice as was requested. I still have the mails that were sent, and now I am being handed over for an outstanding amount, of which at that time there was none, now suddenly there is. Even more laughable, I joined an ISP that is on their infrastructure, so they had to switch me over, which they would not have done if there were any issues.

Also their service is terrible, hence why I moved.

STAY AWAY, join any other ISP! These clowns do not deserve any business
