Supersonic statement
Recently had my fibre installed and waiting on my first statement, one month later, called as no statement reflected on their website, then called again this week and they told me they sending a request off, checked today and someone else account is on my profile, Try calling them and you wait for 30 min, when I reach number 5 in the queue the next thing I know I back to number 17. Its like they do not want payment?

If I do not get feedback today, I will not be liable for the last month as I have requested this information numerous times and no feedback. My online statement says zero so I take it thats what I need to pay
