Supersonic Speed to Nowhere: A Tale of Frustration

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Supersonic. The LTE device they provided has not worked since installation, and despite logging a ticket, I've been stuck in a loop of unhelpful automated messages. No human support, no resolution, just frustration. Visiting the MTN store didn't help either, as they pointed fingers at Supersonic to fix the issue. It's unacceptable to be left in the dark with no communication or meaningful assistance. The automated messages are a joke, providing no actual support or troubleshooting help. It's clear that Supersonic needs to improve their customer service and technical support. Until then, I'd caution others to think twice before choosing Supersonic for their internet needs.
