Supersonic - *****s

I cancelled my line a while after Supersonic bought over the provider I was with as they could not increase my line speed on the wireless package I had. Cancelled on 20 December.

Supersonic debited me in January and February, and then again in March 2021.

I have mailed, called, escalated, so many times, and nothing has happened. It's pathetic, they have taken money from me and won't return it.

Please be careful when dealing with them. No responses and nobody cares.
