Supersonic simply dont care. Non activation of new order

Not happy. 4 days after delivery of my R999monthly Fixed LTE order, its still not activated. Called the first night friday, it has not been rica'd??? What is going on here. If this is not resolved today im cancelling this entire deal. 5 Calls, 3 hellopeter reviews and still not resolved. Whats the point in sending out orders that's not activated.

It has still not been activated. I cannot understand why it takes 4 days to Rica a simcard that should have been rica and activated upon sending it out. I paid R1000 upfront almost two weeks ago. Now im sitting with a router for 4 days i cannot even use. I would really like this activated today still. Thank you
