Supersonic should stop operating

Very very poor technical support, I ordered and received airfibre which took 1 week to install. Once installed took two days for their team to actually work. After which it only Worked for 4 days and since Iv had 20 days without internet with no help at all. The call centre personnel hang up on you when you explain the issue and don’t call you back. They then proceed to closing my issue as resolved. On top of that they debited my account for two months.
