Supersonic should at least try to give us a decent service

These guys are really a pain! I cancelled well in advance according to their policies and even called them to verify my cancellation yet here we are today they are telling me the have submitted a debit order. You just cannot trust that they will do what you have requested you literally have to help them do what they said they would do
