Supersonic shocking poor service provider
Supersonic is the worst internet service provider that I have used, your turnaround time of 48hrs to attend to queries does not exist. Failure to follow up on problems logged and it takes months to get anything done. Your call Centre staff do not get back to customers and do not follow up on cases.
