Supersonic shocking!!!!

Nothing works, their whatsapp chat does not work. Client service takes 5 minute's to even answer the phone. I have signed up and received absolutely o communication from them in any form whatsoever. I do not even have a ticket number for my first call!!! This is shocking and i am cancelling my service before it could even start!!! Shocking !! Dont use them!!
