supersonic service sucks

Good Day , I signed up with supersonic on the 18 May and up untill today nothing , bare in mind I'm saving them the time to do installation as the preview owner already had it installed. I WhatsApp every day , i call every day for updates (and the pass few days my call hangs all the time ) , when i do get though the srry excuse is we sending it through to the co-ordinator "TALENT's name kep popping up but do you hink talent has ever had the decency to call me back , you guys are pathetic , i want to cancell but the website is down . Ysterday i saw a message on whatsapp saying they waiting for vumatel to release the line but this has been the thing since forever , we sending a mail to vuma , and the worst part is agents don't update my profile, as every time i call in i need to explain the same story over and over. IM EVER SO SORRY I USED SUPERSONIC, CONTACT ME URGENTLY TO CANCEL ...IM WAITING 3 WEEKS, I NEED TO WORK FROM HOME, MY HUSBAND AND KID NEED FIBRE AND NOW IM SPENDING EXTRA ON DATA AND THEN I MUST STILL PAY A PRORATA THE DAY YU DECIDE TO APPEAR !!!!!!

Thank you for your response.

The line is active with Vox and they have logged a cancellation for 30 June 2024. Please be advised that we do not process cancellations or line releases. The ISP active on the line is the one that will action a cancellation or line release. This is actioned according to the ISP's terms and conditions with the user.

We are an FNO (Fibre Network Owner), and our primary role is to provide and maintain the fibre infrastructure.

Kind regards
The Vuma Team
