Supersonic ********* service provider

I would reccomend to stay away from supersonic, their aftersales service is beyond pathetic. I have 3 open tickets starting from July 25 2024 regarding a downgrade being activated from 01 August 2024 yet they charged me for the more expensive package i was not on anymore. I queried it via Facebook and whatsapp agents with them many times stating they have requested urgent feedback to the mere fact its 20th October 2024 and none received and tickets still open on their system. It may only be a few hundred rands to Supersonic but its *****ing my hard earned money and non-ethical behaviour of a company which makes me worry how many other consumers they hold ransom too..be wary joining them or their services
