Supersonic service poor!!

If you are looking for the worst communication company in South Africa, the name is Supersonic. You phone them, report problem, every time the same feedback, as soon as somebody is available, they will phone you. May be they only have 2 people working for them. Because for a very long time after they promised every time they will report it is urgent, still no response from Supersonic. Hope every customer dealing with Supersonic will confirm my review
