Supersonic service is terrible!!!
It's another month, another week without wifi. No answers,no feedback....always waiting for vodacom!! Call center drips the call on you, so you never get help. I phone daily for a follow up and have to go through the whole process from the beginning just to be told that they are busy with it. I'm so fed up but I'm bound by contract 😠😠😡

04 Sept 2021, 13:01I have received no feedback! I called in yesterday, waited 50 minutes on the line with no answer! I am currently on a call for 40 minutes with no answer!!! This is pathetic!!!!

06 Sept 2021, 09:31When can I get my connection back??? I contacted Vodacom myself and cannot get assistance because the account is not in my name!!! I have work to do, my son is doing his matric trials, I need this problem resolved!!
I have used too much data and airtime to continue running behind you guys. I need someone to send me my contract, I cannot pay for a service like this any longer
