Supersonic service is terrible

Haven't had signal for almost 2 weeks now. been calling supersonic technical support everyday. the only thing they have given is excuses and apologies. the technical support personnel is very good at apologizing and won't resolve anything. up to date still no service. As it stands will not recommend supersonic to my worst enemy, the service is terrible.
