Supersonic service is pathetic

so i app**** for fiber last month on the 25 of June, the agent told me that it will only take two weeks for me to have fiber in my home. it actually took them a month to install fiber. (okay i thought it was because of the Level 04 lockdown restriction - but they never communicated anything)

okay now the fiber is installed - they promised me that my router will be delivered within 3-4 hours the same day. is now a week after the installation of fiber i still don't have my router.

I tried calling them, they will take you from pillar to post no one has answers. they keep saying someone will call you back, no one has called since yesterday, not even email or any form of communication. so disappointed !!!
