Supersonic service is non existant

I app**** for wifi through Supersonic on 09 September 2021. I called in, and was advised that I should apply online, as the person was clearly not in the mood to work. I app**** online, did the banking confirmation, sent proof of address and my ID... and was advised to wait 5 - 10 WORKING days. After 14 days, I called again, only to be told to keep an eye on the process online. I then sent a whatsapp on 30 September, Tinyiko assisted me, and said everything is in place, and they are just waiting for the FNO to schedule an appointment with me. 2 weeks later, I am still not assisted, and when I called in now, only to be cut off after 30 minutes, I am being told that my documents are outstanding, and I must now email their support to ask them to reset everything.

This is crazy! No service, no customer care or helpfullness in any way.
