Supersonic service is frustrating 😑

My internet stopped 2 days ago. I was on the call with a Supersonic technician and I was placed on hold for 2 hrs. The line cut off at 4pm on Thurs. I re-connected but was again placed on hold. I gave up being on hold at 6pm. Now I am without internet for the whole long weekend. This is the second time this year that I will be without internet service during a long weekend. Their service is irritating and frustrating. They do not care about their clients. I am fed up with Supersonic. Future joiners should think twice.
