Supersonic service horrific
Why can't you get a response from Supersonic. Tried to change my password and the agent could not assist at all. The agent didn't know what she was doing and at 8pm told me I must call the next day. I am sitting with no WiFi and I need to work. Call center not reachable and WhatsApp not answering. What the hell

29 May 2024, 09:38Supersonic the worst Fibre network service provider. I think that they just have too many customers to worry about customers that need technical assistance. I have had issues for the last 2 months with no resolution. Their call centre is really ineffective. Remind me of the UIF call centre. Why is it so difficult to get assistance?
