Supersonic Service

I had a very difficult experience canceling my account, marked by unprofessional conduct and poor customer service. This has been the worst ISP I have dealt with to date. From attempting to get support to initiating the cancellation process, the entire experience was frustrating. Long wait times on the phone, often extending for hours without anyone answering, made the situation even worse. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
