Supersonic Service connectivity and customer experience is ****

We have been experiencing connectivity problems for almost 2-3 years now and Supersonic seems to struggle in providing a solution. They have provided contact center numbers but not reliable. you wait on the que for long and no one bothers to answer, if they answer the take long transferring you from pillar to post. With all said they never miss the debit order date which we are honoring every month. The service is always exp technical problems in my area which impacts on our productivity in the day as a result of unreliable service.
