Supersonic Service

I have recently moved to Schoemansville, Hartbee****rt and have entered into a Fibre internet contract with Supersonic. After the internet connection was provided by a third party, Nthomeng Mokoena from Supersonic immediately provided me with my new username and password for purposes of activating my existing Router. She is really a kind person and went out of her way to assist me to get my fibre connection activated. She told me that she would quickly notify a technical person to assist me in setting up the Router. To my surprise the technical person called me within a few minutes. Wow, this is really good customer service and I would like to praise Nthomeng for being so prompt and professional. I was really touched by the Technical person Ryan Roets' knowledge who took me through the technical specifications and setup steps to get the Router activated. Ryan is a "one of a kind person" with a personality that is very calm and precise. After a few cross checks and balances, Ryan got my Router up and running without any hickups. Lastly I would like to congratulate Supersonic for employing staff members like Ntomeng and Ryan, which in my opinion, hugely contribute to uplifting their brand.
