Supersonic service

I had my WiFi for about 2 years now and have not experienced any slow speeds until now. So I thought I would just phone them and tell them my problem but no, their service is pathetic. I tried phoning and they told me that technical services will phone me back shortly and here I am a week later still waiting for the call like a muppet. I tried phoning again today but I was put on hold for a while. You can’t tell me it’s loadshedding either cause that hasn’t happened in 2 weeks so far.

If I don’t get contacted in one week then I will have to move to Cell C. You can’t be that busy to to not contact me in a week. But if you are that means that technical services are probably packed with people complaining about a small thing that could be fixed easily but the struggle is the service.
