Supersonic service

So here I am, 4months after having serious problems with Rain ISP. After changing ISP's to Supersonic, initially I was very satisfied with Supersonic's service and signal(mostly between 30mb/s and 70mb/s download speed). Then last week after a thunderstorm everything changed. The tower that my sim was locked on(it's fixed LTE), went down so firstly I was completely without any internet for 3 days while I spoke to several Supersonic agents, who could not help me at all. Eventually I got through to an agent who assisted me in connecting to another tower further away, just in order for me to have some internet access, untill the original tower is repaired. Allthough the download speed dropped to 1mb/s to 2mb/s, at least I had something to send whatsapp's and check Facebook etc. So 4 days ago I found out that the original tower was repaired, and so I started contacting Supersonic again to get my sim connected back on the original tower, so that my download speed could go back to "normal". I have since spoken to 3 different agents again(2 of them just disappeared mid-conversation and I never heard back from them again, and the 3rd agent did assist me by resetting my connection and promising that the signal will improve. I now get 0.5mb/s download speed. I am seriously disappointed with the service I received from Supersonic in the past week and a half, and I am now searching for another ISP again because I can't pay for a something that I do not get. What is going on in South Africa? Nothing seems to be working as it should...

First of all, I have been working nightshift so I was sleeping this morning when you tried calling me.
Secondly, I have unplugged the router for 10minutes, just to make sure. No change. Then I followed the steps you sent via email, and still no change.
I still get 0.6mb/s download speed.

And just for the record.....
I have got a MTN prepaid sim in my phone. Even if I insert that prepaid sim into the router, I get 20mb/s to 25mb/s download speed. But the Supersonic MTN sim only gets 0.6mb/s

Since yesterday afternoon my signal seems to be back to normal again. Thank you to Mpho Ponoane for your assistance and going out of your way to ensure that my connection was sorted out.
I will monitor my connection for a while and then update again
