SUPERSONIC SAVIOR... Ryan

Just got off the phone with Ryan from supersonic... I have to say this was quite a turn around from my previous Hello Peter post.

I would like to thank Ryan for getting back to me, and i don't think many people come back to Hello Peter to talk about the good that comes from the bad experiences and i would just like to take the opportunity to say THANK YOU!!!

I am always loyal to my service providers and i don't want to a bad client. Although the customer service response needs to be addressed respectively, I am extremely chuffed about the resolution to my problem that i had.

Please keep up the service that you have shown me today! Your product is great speaking from my own personal experience and i really would not like to cancel but circumstances has forced my hand and i hope and pray i receive fiber in my new area so that i can install a supersonic router in my home again.
