Supersonic ******* and ******* collections ****

I signed up with supersonic in March 2019, two sales guys came to our Complex one I dealt with was Mpho and they told us we get 1 month free trial and they are running a special for a 20/20mbps line for +/-R700 plus free installation. I signed up me and couple of owners in the complex one is my friend and neighbor. Her installation happened and was connected but I was not couple of weeks later. I then around April called dem to find out what the delay was and was told theyvhad a backlog and will send someone soonest. A week later I was called by Vumatel who wanted to arrange for installation then they told me but I will have to pay for installation fee, I had to fight them for dat and was told I need to call supersonic and sort it out with them.

Once dat was sorted eventually I was connected. And was told that my one month trial is will kick in. Now all of a sudden months later am told I did not qualify for a one month and got a bill saying I took a 20/2 mbps line which is R849 and I have to also alpay for the trial month. These people are ****** and are pushing sales without proper documentation and record keeping.

I am told my contract was confused with another person's contract because is the same surname.

I will not pay if it means going to court etc I will do that I do not care how much legal fees I will incur but I will not allow this. We are being ********** daily by these companies
