Supersonic Relocation CRM: ***

This is the second time I am complaining about this idiotic company. I can assure anyone that I can get better service at a government institution than at Supersonic. The service is absolutely shocking and that is an understatement.

If a manager or team leader can please contact me today still and sort out this issue as I understand Vumatel have to come and finalize my relocation so that my line can become active. I have waited the 7 - 14 working days and still nothing has been done.

If my line is not active in this week then you guys can come fetch this router and cancel this line. I have had it with Supersonic.
