Supersonic refund failure

I signed up with supersonic and received a router. When I canceled , I was asked to return the device which I did. Supersonic has deducted R4489.81 from my bank account for the device. I emailed and called unsuccessfully for my refund. Waited tirelessly for my calls which were never answered
