Supersonic refund

This is my 3rd complaint about Supersonic, i was told that my refund would have been done by the 2nd of September but still has not been done, i called the call centre today and was told that they are still waiting for approval from finance department to do the refund, This has been going on for more than a month and i cancelled my service in June, every time i call supersonic i get a different storey can someone from Supersonic finance please contact me
