Supersonic refund
I have been a Nepic client for 2 Years, after Supersonic took over, I have endless problems. I took the easy way out to change from normal wi-fi to fibre..... biggest mistake I have made!! They have overcharged me every Month ever since the change. I have been trying to sort out this account since October. Last Month they again took money off my account for the wi-fi & fibre. They owe me money and I have no way to get it back. Useless service!! How do I get my refund??? Who do I complain to to get my refund?

29 Dec 2020, 08:43A credit note was passed against your account on the 3rd of December for R 1274.66 with narration "Credit - Migrate to Fibre". Your account currently has a credit balance of R1 274.66. I have emailed your statement so that you can check if anything is amiss. Should we go ahead and process refund or credit can be used for subsequent bills?
