SUPERSONIC promises the world but is useless, they deliver bad service; sorry no service!

Please be aware that when you call Supersonic on responds to sales calls. They say after payment it is 3-5 working days and you will get your F-LTE router. Oh they forgot to mention that they take over a week to look at the documents you have submitted on their system to verify you! Why did you take my money so quickly before verifying me?

BAD SERVICE! Then when you get through there is no one in Management to assist. Does the company not have a management team that works Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 17:00?

I was promised that I would get quick responses, total lie! WhatsApp and no one responds, they just close the call. Dial 2 for call back no one responds. Eventually when I get through they say I am not on the system and I am on hold for over 45 minutes, You guys are worse then TELKOM!!!!
