Supersonic - Professional *********** IDIOTS

I have been trying to get a matter resolved with this idiotic company. I cancelled with them as an ISP to move to a NEW AND BETTER ISP. The cancellation went quite smooth and all was cancelled within the 30 as they state on their t&c's.......but wait. They will never release your fking line. I have been trying over a week to get in touch with the idiots at their customer service department on ***.....an no answer. My record was 79 mins without answer. Supersonic is very good at not answering phones and doing fkall.

Can someone........anyone at this Supersonic please release my line, I can not think that this is a hard or difficult task to achieve and should have been done with my cancellation.

Now due to the incompetence from Supersonic, I am facing financial loss at work as I can not move over to my new ISP and do my work.

Can you guys please release my line.
